Future Fluent Passport
Future Fluent Passport is a digital literacy program designed specifically for Allens employees and partners. It is a tailored collection of online courses, webinars, podcasts, and interactive resources that cover topics including artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, data analytics, design thinking, and digital ethics.
By completing Future Fluent Passport, our people earn a digital badge showcasing their digital fluency and readiness for the future.
The program consists of three key digital capabilities covering a range of core skills:
Digital ways of working
- Builds awareness of the applications, tools, and technology available at Allens, including for use on client matters
- Enhances knowledge about artificial intelligence and its relevance to our roles.
- Increases understanding of automation and how to use digital collaboration tools effectively to improve internal processes as well as collaboration with clients.
Digital agility
- Increases comprehension of emerging technologies, their potential benefits, and their relevance to clients.
- Promotes collaboration with digital experts using research and problem-solving techniques to identify client needs and create innovative digital solutions.
Data fluency
- Increases understanding of the significance of data in driving value and informing insights.
- Enhances skills in scrutinising data integrity and identifying potential biases that could impact decision-making.
- Encourages visual storytelling as a way to present data-driven insights.
- Supports an appreciation for diverse perspectives on the data management lifecycle in accordance with Allens' policies and regulations.
