Using Teams functions on the console eg reactions, chat

Similar features of a Teams meeting is available on the room panel such as volume, video, mute, participant list, reactions and share screen.

1. Mute status light. Red light displays when on mute and green light displays when off mute. 
2. Invite someone or dial a number. Invite people into the meeting manually.
3. Participants list. Displays mute status alongside participant. 
4. Display mode. Change what's displayed on the monitor eg, Front Row mode to display recent chat messages.
5. React. Display an emoji eg,  in the meeting on the room's behalf.
6. Volume controls to increase or decrease the room volume.
7. Camera/microphone toggle on or off. 
8. Share screen. Available when HDMI cable is connected to your laptop
9. End meeting or hang-up meeting when completed.
10. Mute/unmute button.
