Present PowerPoint without the need for speaker notes

  1. Join the meeting on your laptop and join room audio.
  2. In the room join your meeting on the laptop. See article Teams - Join a Teams meeting for more information.
  3. In the Teams audio/video settings window select Room audio and room name eg, SYD 04-08.




  4. Once you click Join Now the console will display the team meeting and room audio, camera and screens will become active.
