Allens has appointed its latest group of new Managing Associates.
Fourteen Managing Associates have been appointed, effective today. The appointments mark the second group promoted to Managing Associate under the firm's new career path. The position of Managing Associate is a major step towards partnership and rewards Senior Associates who combine strong industry knowledge, experience and judgment to deliver exceptional client service.
Seven of the first group of Managing Associates appointed last year have since been made a Partner of Allens.
The firm has also appointed 13 new Senior Associates.
Chief Executive Partner Michael Rose said the latest Managing Associates and Senior Associates appointments represented significant career milestones and highlighted the depth and breadth of talent at the firm.
'Allens has always prided itself in attracting and developing the best talent in the profession,' Mr Rose said.
'This group of 27 lawyers have proven track records of outstanding legal work and the ability to partner with clients to deliver excellent results.'
These latest appointments join five new Partners announced in June and the appointment of Jessica Choong in Singapore and Scott McCoy in Sydney as Managing Associates earlier this year.
