Allens announced the appointment of two respected non-executive directors to its Board, Peter Warne and Jane McAloon.
Peter is Chairman of Macquarie Group, Chairman of NSW Treasury Corporation and is a non-executive director of the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Jane is a non-executive director of Energy Australia, Viva Energy, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and Port of Melbourne.
Commenting on the appointments, Allens' Chairman, Fiona Crosbie, said the firm was delighted to welcome Peter and Jane to the Board.
'We look forward to Peter and Jane contributing their perspectives and ensuring their deep industry knowledge and insights are heard in our Board discussions,' Fiona said.
Peter and Jane join the Allens Board for an initial three year term.
