Allens has advised Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (Triple Flag) on Australian aspects of its entry into of a definitive agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Maverix Metals Inc. (Maverix) pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement, positioning Triple Flag as the leading emerging senior streaming and royalty company. The transaction's terms imply a total equity value for Maverix of US$606 million.
