Allens has appointed Sonia Millen as a partner in its employment and safety team in Sydney, adding to the service offering of the national practice.
Sonia joins Allens from Qantas where she was responsible for developing and managing all aspects of Qantas Group's industrial relations portfolio.

'Her executive level experience gives her a deep and unique understanding of clients' needs in industrial relations.'
Prior to working at Qantas, Sonia was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills.
