About Igor Bogdanich

Significant transactions on which Igor advised include:
  • Newmont: on its sale of the Telfer Gold Copper Mine to Greatland.
  • Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners: on its acquisition of a 49% interest in the MinRes Onslow Iron Ore Project haul road for US$1.3bn.
  • Rio Tinto: on its sale of a 30% interest of the Winu Copper Gold Project to Sumitomo Metal Mining for $615m, and associated strategic partnership.
  • Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition for US$2bn of an interest in Woodside’s WA Pluto LNG Train 2.
  • Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition for US$2.5bn of an interest in Shell’s QCLNG common infrastructure facilities.
  • Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition of interests in TotalEnergies' infrastructure interests in the Gladstone LNG Project.
  • Santos: on its sale of Darwin LNG interests to SK Energy.
