- Rio Tinto: on its sale of a 30% interest of the Winu Copper Gold Project to Sumitomo Metal Mining for $615m, and associated strategic partnership.
- Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition for US$2bn of an interest in Woodside’s WA Pluto LNG Train 2.
- Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition for US$2.5bn of an interest in Shell’s QCLNG common infrastructure facilities.
- Global Infrastructure Partners: on the acquisition of interests in TotalEnergies' infrastructure interests in the Gladstone LNG Project.
- Santos: on its sale of Darwin LNG interests to SK Energy.
