About Jenny Baker
Jenny is a registered trade marks attorney.
Jenny returned to Allens in 2015 after nine years in-house and has more than 15 years of experience in trade marks. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of trade mark prosecution and enforcement including:
- clearance, prosecution and registration of trade marks;
- trade mark oppositions;
- trade mark removal actions;
- advice on infringement, misleading and deceptive conduct and passing off;
- foreign trade mark filing and protection strategies, including International Registrations; and
- parallel importation.
Jenny is experienced in managing large trade mark portfolios, and works for a number of high profile clients across a broad range of industries including, Tyco, Live Nation, Ford Motor Company, Volvo, Reece and Wesfarmers.
Jenny also provides brand protection services, including managing the Trade Mark Notices of Objection filed with the Australian Customs Service on behalf of many clients including Ford Motor Company, Decor, Hanesbrands, TAG Heuer and Christian Dior.
Jenny is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
