About Laura Banahan
Laura is a Legal Technology Manager with over 13 years of experience in legal technology, legal practice and document review in Australia and the UK. Laura leads an experienced team responsible for the effective delivery of technology services on transactional matters.
Laura's focus is on Transactional work and how technology can be brought to bear to reduce costs and deliver better outcomes for our clients and the firm. Laura has worked on numerous transactions advising clients in Australia and internationally on the strategic use of technology on a range of transactional matters. This includes advising on the use of virtual data rooms, verification tools and contract analytics.
Laura really enjoys adding value to clients through the use of technology on corporate matters and is an expert at helping guide lawyers and clients through the complexities of the suite of available technologies on matters to achieve commercially viable and practical solutions. This passion is supported by Laura's qualifications including admission to practice in England and Wales, a Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and an Agile Practitioner certification.
