About Linh Bui
Linh is the Head of Vietnam and leads the Vietnam practice at Allens. She specialises in corporate M&A and banking & finance and has extensive experience in anti-trust matters. She advises international investors and Vietnamese companies on major private and public M&A transactions across a wide spectrum of industries. She also regularly acts for international lenders on their structured financing transactions in Vietnam.
Linh regularly advises international clients in Vietnam on the full range of competition and consumer law issues, including acting on high-profile mergers and acquisitions filings and advising on anti-competitive practices and market power issues.
