About Martin Fry
Martin has advised domestic and international corporations on a broad range of taxation issues arising from domestic and cross-border financing arrangements; public company mergers and takeovers; debt, equity and hybrid securities; and corporate restructuring.
He has worked on several large infrastructure projects in the energy and transport sectors.
Martin has advised on the tax implications of several major share buy-backs conducted by listed companies, corporate distributions generally, and capital management strategies for large corporations and financial institutions.
Martin teaches Corporate Tax at post-graduate level at the University of Melbourne.
