About Liza Greenwood
Liza has over 20 years' experience in the legal industry and specialises in innovation, transformation and project management.
At Allens, Liza leads strategic transformational programs that create sustained and positive change for lawyers, focusing on skills development and behavioral shifts. Managing a team of innovation and change experts, she employs best-practice methods (design thinking, lean startup and agile) to coach legal and business professionals to surface problems, design solutions and deliver value to the firm and our clients.
Liza is an adept facilitator and runs workshops and coaching sessions in:
- human centered design
- user research and problem discovery
- ideation and experimentation
- transformation, continuous improvement and change management.
Most recently, Liza has spearheaded the firm's capability development in digital skills, leading a program to design and develop a firm-wide digital literacy program.
She is a qualified in PRINCE2 and Agile PM project management and holds a change management certification.
Passionate about contributing to the future of the legal profession, Liza sits on the Advisory Board of the Legal Innovation & Tech Festival and is a regular speaker and panelist at student and industry events.
