About Hai Nguyen
Hai specialises in foreign investment, M&A, corporate regulatory and employment matters. Hai has advised various clients on M&A transactions as well as regulatory and employment matters in relation to their operations in Vietnam.
Hai graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with honours. She speaks fluent Vietnamese and English.
