- Pacific Equity Partners: on its sale of Patties Foods to PAG
- TA Associates/Viburnum Funds: on their bid for ASX-listed Infomedia
- NRMA and Mirvac: on the $620m sale of the Travelodge portfolio of 11 hotels, the largest hotel real estate transaction in Australian history
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia: on the IPO of PEXA, with a market capitalisation of $3bn
- Pacific Equity Partners: on its (ultimately withdrawn) bid for Everlight Radiology, which has operations in the UK, Australia and NZ
- TA Associates: on its acquisition of interests in Betashares
- Pacific Equity Partners: on the $600+ million acquisition of the Australian & NZ operations of educational resources business Modern Star from Navis Capital
