About Nick Rudge
Nick is a construction specialist with substantial litigation and dispute resolution experience.
Nick has acted for a number of the UK's and Australia's most significant engineering and construction, industrial and resources companies, as well as for government. Nick's work has covered civil infrastructure and toll roads, mining, oil and gas and associated infrastructure, manufacturing and process plants, alpine development, PPPs, light rail, heavy rail, power plants, renewable energy, large-scale retail developments and the defence sector.
Nick is admitted as a solicitor in Victoria and in England and Wales, and is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Law Council of Australia's Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee (Victorian Sub Committee).
Nick's work has involved him extensively in ADR as well as litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) and he has experience of security of payment matters in a number of Australian jurisdictions. Nick's focus is always to ensure a realistic business outcome for his clients.
