Malcolm is a commercial litigator with extensive experience acting for clients in some of Australia's largest and most complex commercial disputes. He has litigated in a range of jurisdictions from state Supreme Courts to the High Court. He has also handled a number of domestic and international arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations.
Malcolm has a broad commercial litigation practice, with particular expertise in the areas of tax litigation, M&A disputes, banking law, regulatory investigations, corporations law, administrative law and complex insurance matters. His clients include leading companies in the retail banking, investment banking, media, defence and insurance sectors.
