Nick has experience acting for sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a broad range of debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, infrastructure financing and fund financing.
Nick also spent three years working in the London office of Linklaters where he worked on a number of complex, cross-border financings.

- Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on its proposed acquisition of a 49% interest in the Onslow Iron haul road, partnering with MinRes.
- Seraya Partners on its acquisition, via its portfolio company Cyan Renewables, of ASX-listed MMA Offshore Limited and its subsequent refinancing.
- GIP on its financing arrangements in connection with its investments in the Pluto Train 2 Project, the GLNG Project and QCLNG Project.
- Brookfield on the refinancing of the debt facilities of Aveo Group.
- the lenders to Brookfield and PEP in relation to the financing arrangements of the Intellihub Group.
