About Eugene Tan
Eugene specialises in large-scale property developments, urban renewal and infrastructure projects.
He has particular expertise in designing and negotiating complex delivery agreements, and creating specialised management arrangements to govern the long-term operation of utilities, embedded services and sustainability systems within major developments.
With extensive experience acting for both Government agencies and private sector developers, Eugene is sought after by clients for strategic advice on competitive tenders, unsolicited proposals and State significant developments on complex and high-profile sites.
Eugene is consistently recognised as one of Australia's top lawyers in the areas of real estate and major projects.
