Brooke has more than 15 years of experience as a Trade Mark Practitioner. She has worked with a number of high profile Australian and international clients across a range of industries including in the fields of fashion, sport, real estate, health, food and beverages, automotive, construction, mining, engineering and technology.
Brooke advises clients, including those with large global trade mark portfolios, in relation to:
- risk evaluation for new brands and the extension of existing brands into new product/service lines or into new geographical regions;
- strategies for brand development and protection;
- filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in Australia and foreign jurisdictions, including International Registrations under the Madrid Protocol;
- maintenance of global trade mark portfolios;
