About Ye Rin Yoo
Ye Rin is a lawyer and registered trade marks attorney specialising in the protection and enforcement of trade marks.
Ye Rin has experience in conducting trade mark matters in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and working closely with foreign associates to conduct such matters in other jurisdictions. These matters include:
- providing trade mark protection and enforcement strategies;
- conducting trade mark clearance searches;
- prosecuting trade mark applications;
- conducting trade mark oppositions and non-use removal actions;
- providing trade mark infringement, misleading or deceptive conduct and passing off advice;
- resolving trade mark disputes;
- managing trade mark portfolios; and
- assisting with anti-counterfeiting, domain name disputes, corporate support and enforcement litigation.
Having worked at a national intellectual property firm previously, Ye Rin has experience in working with a range of clients, from start ups to multinational corporations, across various industries, including media, entertainment, sports, fashion, consumer goods, electronics and medical devices.
