Advised NSW Treasury, and Transport for NSW, on the disposal of its 51% interest in the WestConnex Toll Roads.
Snowy Hydro 2.0 Expansion Scheme
Advised Snowy Hydro on the preliminary work associated with the $2 billion Snowy Hydro 2.0 Expansion Scheme. Our work has included initial advice on all aspects of the funding, construction, environmental planning and real estate aspects of the project.
Connected and Automated Vehicle Trial Grant Program
Advised VicRoads in relation to the Connected and Automated Vehicle Trial Grant Program, which involves VicRoads providing grants to successful recipients to help fund connected and automated vehicle trials following a competitive expression of interest process.
Redevelopment of Herston Quarter
Advising Metro North Hospital and Health Service on the staged redevelopment of a 5-hectare site adjacent to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH), which formerly housed the Royal Children's Hospital.
Inland Rail Project
Advising Transport for Victoria on the Inland Rail Project, which involves upgrading or constructing 1,700km of freight rail infrastructure between Melbourne and Brisbane.

Advising Queensland Government – Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning on the Market Led Proposal by DEXUS for the redevelopment of its Waterfront Precinct in the Brisbane CBD.
Victorian Renewable Energy Auction Scheme
Advised Victorian Government – Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning on the Victorian Renewable Energy Auction Scheme (VRET Auction), which is an initiative established by the Victorian Government to support the achievement of the Victorian Renewable Energy Targets.
Melbourne Train and Tram Refranchising
Advised on the worldwide tender for the operation of Melbourne's train and tram networks.
Development of Queen's Wharf
Advising the Minister for Economic Development Queensland and the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning on a number of aspects of the development application for the Queen's Wharf Priority Development Area in the Brisbane CBD.
