Acting for a global consortium in relation to the construction of a high value chemical plant in Australia. This was an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration governed by English law.

Acting for a global oil and gas company in relation to a high value, strategic International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration arising out of a US$34 billion LNG project in northern Australia. The arbitral seat was Singapore, with hearings held in a variety of locations.
