Large meeting room
All of these rooms have a digital display panel mounted on the wall that controls the room functions. In some rooms an additional iPad or table panel is included to provide easy access to the room functions.
Join a meeting
- Tap the room console to activate it.
- Tap the Video Conferencing button to activate the front video screen.
The upcoming meetings display on main screen.
Note: If your meeting does not display, use your laptop to invite the room.
- Tap the Join button.
